What if my screen is blank? 

  1. Try rebooting both devices (board and second screen).
  2. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cables associated with that connection. 
    1. HDMI OUT port will have a HDMI cable connected to it that goes to a port below the Promethean board. 
    2. Check the Cable on the second monitor. Unplug the HDMI cable from both ends:
      1. Backplate port and HDMI 1 
  3. If those two options fail, please submit a ticket for further assitance.
