Promethean Screen Share Guide


The window+K option 
  1. On the Promethean board, select "Screen Share" to enable wireless projection.
  2. On your Windows computer, press Windows key + K and select the Promethean board from the menu. This connects your device.
  3. Go back to the Promethean board and select your connected computer from the list of available devices. This will make your computer start displaying on the board
The Screen Share App option

  1. On the Promethean board, select "Screen Share" app  to enable wireless projection.
    1. Go to your panel menu and it should be found as soon as you open it. If not go to your panel menu, go to locker, find screen share app. 
  2. On your Windows computer, click on the screen share app. 
    1. Found in your taskbar or desktop. 
  3. Find the Board panel number on your screen share app displayed on the Promethean board. 
  4. Enter that panel number on your screen share app found in your computer. 
    1. Enter your name 
    2. Select touch capabilities if needed (allows you to control computer from Promethean board).
  5. Go back to the Promethean board and select your connected computer from the list of available devices. This will make your computer start displaying on the board.
